The role will initially require the delivery of exceptional quality, outstanding treatments including Body, Electrical facials, Hollistic and intimate waxing.  It will also involve working on reception giving exceptional customer service; dealing with bookings and welcoming guests. You will spend approximately 85% of your time in treatments and the rest performing other duties and responsibilities. 

 

Exceptional candidates can then go on to take full responsibility for the Salon, duties at this point will go on to include:

 

 - Leading, influencing and coaching all other therapists

 - Promotional planning, design and delivery

 - Interacting with salon managers from other sites across the group


Experience of CACI and Elemis products and treatments an advantage.
